Ben Rogalsky

Amorphous Folk Collective at the Woodstove Festival ’24 with
Johnny’s Gone to Hilo, led by Ben Rogalsky.

Join Ben Rogalsky accompanied by several members of Vancouver’s Amorphous Folk Collective for an acapella vocal exploration of Irish/UK ballads that formed the roots of Appalachian music. Ben was a founding member of Vancouver’s influential The Breakmen, which blended elements of bluegrass, old-time, blues, and folk music. He can often be found on Stringband Tuesday’s at Vancouver’s The Heatley.  The Amorphous Folk is at the forefront of the Pacific Northwest’s fast-growing traditional singing scene. Q&A and perhaps some participation.
